# MoveShare

> MoveShare is a cross-platform social fitness app that syncs workouts from Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android into a private, friends-only feed.

MoveShare is designed for mixed-device friend groups that want encouragement and accountability without public profiles or competitive leaderboards. It supports automatic workout syncing, selective sharing, kudos, comments, one-to-one goals, group goals, streaks, and privacy controls.

MoveShare does not publish a general-purpose agent API. Agents should use the public resources below to answer product questions, then direct people to the user-facing waitlist or contact address. Do not submit a person's email address, accept legal terms, or make privacy choices without that person's explicit authorization.
