These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MoveShare (the website available at moveshare.app) (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
MoveShare is operated by the individual identified as the controller in our Privacy Policy, located in the Netherlands (EU) ("MoveShare", "we", "us", "our").

2. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data (including waitlist emails and analytics). By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.
3. The Site and "pre-launch" features
MoveShare may be in early access / pre-launch. The Site and any features may change at any time, may be incomplete, and may contain errors.
We may add, remove, or modify features, and we do not guarantee that any particular feature will be available in the future.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
5. Waitlist and communications
If you join our waitlist, you agree that we may:
- Store your email address to manage the waitlist; and
- Send you emails about MoveShare (e.g., product updates, launch notifications).
You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us at hello@moveshare.app.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, systems, or networks;
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site at scale (except as permitted by law or with our written permission);
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
- Use the Site to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
- Attempt to reverse engineer or bypass security measures.
We may suspend or block access if we believe you are violating these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Site, its content, design, branding, and underlying software are owned by or licensed to MoveShare and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless we explicitly allow otherwise.
Feedback: If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that feedback without compensation.
8. Third-party services and links
The Site may use or link to third-party services (for example, analytics providers and email delivery providers). Your use of third-party services may be governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.
9. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- MoveShare will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
- In all cases, MoveShare's total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed €50 (or, if higher, the amount you paid to us for the Site in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for intent, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights).
11. Indemnity
If permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold MoveShare harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Site or other users. You may stop using the Site at any time.
13. Severability and Entire Agreement
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on the Site and update the "Last updated" date.
If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (for example, by posting a notice on the Site). Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
If you are a consumer in the EEA/UK, you may also have mandatory rights under the laws of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
Disputes should first be addressed by contacting us at hello@moveshare.app. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the competent courts in the Netherlands will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
